  • Some items, such as used cosmetics, skincare products, or perfumes, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
